stucked when logging in

Hi,my charactor was stucked at the logging in window,and it just keep showing 'requesting charactor load...'
I can creat new charactor,but cant log in either.
Anyone else got the same problem?

Hey there, @LynxC. How long have you been stuck at the requesting character load screen? We've suggest waiting a bit longer to see if that helps. If not, you can try closing and reopening the game client.

Hello,@ZOS_JasonL.Thanks for your respond.
It last almost 1 hour,and I've tried everything I can do but nothing changed.
So I guess it might be something wrong with my account.
Cause the error occured when I was getting through a door.My charactor might be stucked there.

got the same problem, tried both servers, created new characters, repaired game client - still no effect. just "requesting character load" through hours since yesterday's evening. but it worked right after servers had started. also guys there have same troubles http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/62469/can-t-log-into-my-character and there http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/61648/infinite-requesting-character-load

Ive been having the same issue. I payed for 5 days early access not 3 this is extremely frustrating and have had no luck with technical support and their poor service i get they are probably jammed but come on I am not seeing any effort to resolve this.

I'm having this issue but only with one of my characters.

Edit: And now it's doing it on all my characters.

Certainly hope I'm going to be getting this lost time credited to my account.
