Stuck is disabled in cyordiil and I am falling through the world

Posting this because if I close the customer support help button it kicks me out of the queue. So I can't do anything else in game if I want to stay in it.
But hey, if my internet disconnects or something else, I'd like to get this resolved.

Grithok✭✭Game crashed while in queue and I am no longer stuck.
Relogging didn't fix it but crashing apparently did.0 -
Sadique✭✭✭same thing has happened to me, but nothing is fixing it. waiting for support to fix it. I never had this problem on the PTS but it seriously happens to me constantly when i jump, im afraid to push the spacebar anymore. Got my high level stuck so i made an alt and then it got stuck in cold harbour doin the same thing
