Is the customer support UI going to be fixed(improved)?

So currently if I have a ticket open I cant play the game at all, because closing the menu closes the ticket as far as I can tell . Not only that if I change the menu at all, say by accidentally pressing any hot key it closes my ticket.
Is this support UI intentionally created to be the most obnoxiously frustrating in any MMO ever? Do you just want to deter people from opening any tickets? I dont get it. I really hope there are plans to fix this.
