Hi, I pre-ordered elder scrolls last week and should have 5-day early access. However, when I try to login it says "Your login information is incorrect. Try again later."

After talking with support this morning, it appears that my previous beta ban (for an inappropriate username) has carried over into my 5-day early access. When I was initially emailed about my ban I was reassured that my account would be "back to the way it was before deactivation for the 5-day early access." That was a lie, and now the support team won't call me back.

I paid for this game and even bought a new PC specifically for elder scrolls and now my right to play early is being taken away because Zenimax and the Elder Scrolls support team are taking a petty immature BETA screen name too far. Will somebody please enlighten me as to why I am being bullied by this game already?

As much optimism that has been surrounding this game for the past few months, one would think you wouldn't want to make enemies from your current supporters. I would like my 5-day early access back that I deserve.

    I completely agree with you Blackbeard. If the BETA is treated as a separate entity from the launch version, than so should the disciplinary actions that were taken against you during your BETA trial. I don't see any reason why you should have your early access rights taken away from you because you violated the code of conduct during a BETA event.

    Greetings, @kangaroo. Can you confirm which version of ESO you purchased? Some users are experiencing this error if they received 3-days of Early Access and not 5-days of Early Access.

    I belive we both bought 5 days early access code. That's what I see under Biling History. We have the same issue, we redeemed code but our "Account Status" didn't updated and we still have info ONLY about Beta Access, no info about Early Access under "Account Status".

    If I can attach under this issue, can you update it on my account too? My user ID is "CoUsT".

    Any idea why my launch is slow and not even climbing? i'm at 16% and going nowhere fast, I'm getting antsy and frusterated over here ;(

    @Herbatio , I just updated game on second device (laptop) and everything was okay, downloading 3 MB/s. Are you sure you run it as administrator? Maybe try to exit launcher and run again. I'm not really sure what's going on. You can also try to rename "ProgramData" in your launcher folder.

    Just exit launcher and run again. Be sure that you clicked Right Mouse Button on it and chose "Run as Administrator" option. :)

    It is already completed. That was very fast. Runned it on 21:00 (my time) and it finished at around 22:10, so I don't know, maybe 75 minutes to download all patches from 1st February until today.

    ohh no, so even though i got early access its gonna take...a long time LOL, i tried to do the run as administrator, whats with these patches though, not sure iunderstand all that
