problem with pre-order explorer pack; not received in mail

Hi,
I bought the physical imperial edition through a Dutch retailer participating in the exporer pack (bol.com). I got my pre-order code through the mail, it even said it would get me the exlorer pack. However, after creating my first characte, I only got 2 mails. One for the pet monkey (for joining in the BETA) and one for the ritual of Mara. What happened to my explorer pack?

The explorer packs are to be awarded on the 4th when the game officially launches.

I can only assume all the Scuttlers I'm seeing are from digital purchases. I'm getting the physical edition, so it's safe to assume I just need to be patient?

Pretty sure that is the case. I bought a physical imperial edition through Amazon and only got the monkey and the ritual of mara at the moment. My girlfriend whom got the digital imperial edition through the official site got mail with all of the explorer pack and imperial edition items.
