Can't log in

So i bought the game in mid march, i patched it, and im ready to play. But wait, im not allowed in. Why? because my purchase isnt showing under account page. I write emails to support, 4 hours later and still no reply.

What the actual frick is going on?

    Greetings, @AddMorr. Do you mind providing us with some more information about the error you're receiving? Are you using your user ID and not your email address to log in? Also, are you able to successfully log into the account page?

    You'll use the same login information for both the account page and the game.

    yes, i am using my ID. Yes i am logged into the account page. My game shows up in billing history, but not on the account page. The ticket i have is named [Incident: 140330-001027]

    I am having many problems to connect and also falling during the game connection is horrible, I created my character without giving the zoom on his face, already redeemed my imperial items, and this too bad to play .. = / I'll play another game while no improvement

    @AddMorr I have the same problem... I have info about my 5 days early access on Biling History, but "Account Status" says "Beta Access", there is no info about Early Access on my Acc Status.

    @Arcayon I'm getting error that says "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."

    And again, @AddMorr - did you redeemed code right before/after website-update? I redeemed my code before website was turned off to make a small update. I think some of systems were already offline and it redeemed code but didn't changed Account Status info. What about your situation?

    Ps. My User ID is CoUsT, I had 2 calls from ESO Support but now no response for 7 hours.

    To ESO Support - can you simply change my Account Status? Even manually. I just want to play the game on my 5 days early access.

    I have the same issue as CoUsT. My account says "Beta Access", but not "Early Access", even tho I redeemed my key.

    I never got a key. I got the email thanking me for my order, saying they would send me an email regarding early access, but that second email never came and I checked my spam plus added the ESO address to my contacts as instructed.

    Also getting login info is incorrect and when I look at account page, says Beta access under status.

    I didn't get any email for reedeming code. That's probably - as I said - some of systems were already offline. So I reedemed code, it showed under my Billing History, but Account Status didn't changed and I din't received any emails.

    That's very strange glitch. I think ESO Support need to manually switch our Account Status to "Early Access" and create accounts in database but when I see links... Around 25k tickets on support and still increasing in mega-super speed. I think we can't expect help faster than 1 day. :(

    Maybe ESO-Forum-people (guys that take care about forum) aren't very busy and can help us.

    Edit: One guy post:
    "I got the "Invalid Password" error and found it was caused by not properly registering the Early Access Code. This is the 20 character code. After I registered I had to wait until Bethesda updated my account. They sent an email congratulating me. Then I tried to use the Beta client and it was still dead, so I reinstalled the client from the ESO update page. "

    So we need to let them know about it and tell them to manually change our "Account Status" info. Sad... We need to wait until 25000 other tickets will be resolved. :( I think it's time to sleep. 22:00 here and I'm waiting for phone.
