Patch Notes link in Launcher

Clicking the patch notes link in the launcher and logging in or after you have logged in takes you to a permissions problem screen.

Seems the link now redirects to the forum but I don't see any posts pertaining to patch notes as of yet.

There are no Early Acces patch notes, though.
