    Um, no.

If you have every storage collectible, housing storage provides up to 360 additional spaces to store items.

    no housing slots increase

just storage containers that you can store items in them of 360 items per house in total

these are collectibles items that can be obtained with master vouchers/ tel var stones/ crowns.

Storage is a different thing to furnishings.

They're simply giving you the ability to store gear/mats/etc in your house in containers. Those containers are collectables which is assumed will use the current collectables slots (pets/banker/etc).

They don't have any effect on furnishings or the funishings limit.

What can you store? Is this like a huge bank increase?

any items you would store in a normal bank, but they won't appear on crafting stations etc. You have to access each container seperately and you can RENAME them too.

Four smaller coffers, 30 spaces each.
Four larger chests, 60 spaces each.
Can be named for easy sorting.
Can be placed in every house.
You can store anything normally bankable in them, but they're yours alone. Nobody else can add/remove from them.

If I can get that from the master writ vendor or similar, I'll quit complaining about everything else. It's huge for non subs. I can store all the bound set armor in one place instead of spread across mules. Then I can store mats in the mules and subscribe for a month when they are full.

They did mention that they are looking into increasing the furnishing limit, but that it won't be happening in this update.
