Infinite load screen into Error 304 (already logged in)

I had an infinite load screen while trying to log into the game. So, I force closed the instance and attempted to relog. I keep getting the already logged in error. Before this last patch, the first attempt would give the error and disconnect the "connected" version. This isn't happening anymore.

No luck! "This account is already logged in."
On my first attempt I tried to log in but had unusual loading screens, I thought it may be my internet connection so I closed ESO. Chances are it accepted my login & my character is AFK. He's probably going to stand there for an hour before being booted for inactivity (sigh)
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom or any from ZoS (hopefully the name-dropping works
) it might be worth looking into.

We are currently investigating issues some players are having regarding logging into the North American PC/Mac megaserver.
I am having the same issue. Looks like they are looking into it already. crossing fingers.0
