[Solved] Game and PTS vanish, only option is to re-install

I was playing the game as usual last night. Today Instarted the game, but there were no EU- and PTS-servers on the left of launcher, and only Install-button instead of Play.
What happened?
I restarted my computer, but it didn't do anything. Now I seriously install the game again. I saw one person at the forums having the same issue today.

No, I didn't know it was an option until too late..Still installing. If re-install doesn't solve it, I'll find the exe-file.Did you try bypassing the launcher? using eso.exe

Reinstalling did not work, it downloaded to 100% and started immediatey all over from zero.
Launching eso.exe opens the game, but when I try to sign in, it says I'm using outdated patch.
Really, need help with this!

Hope not to do this again any time soon.0
