Hire Guild Trader Bug - Skywatch

The last four weeks, I've been placing bids on Skywatch guild traders. First week, when clicking on Bid on Trader, two of the traders gave me a UI Error that prevented me from bidding on them. No way to bid. Then it was three the next week, Then four the week after that. Yesterday, I could only place a bid at one of the Skywatch guild traders -- all others gave me a UI error that froze all controller operations until I press Options button. Options button let me gain control of character again, but each repeated attempt to interact with guild trader to place bid resulted in same error. I've reported this error before, but the problem only seems to be getting worse.

Try doing it in regular Keyboard Mode and not Controller Mode

If it works, at least you can bid until they get this fixed. But I do know that not all functions work right in Controller Mode, which is why they say it is still in Beta.

PS4 Controller is "beta" mode?

I found an old article from 2 years ago documenting the problem. I'd already erased my local data. Will try turning off the remote PS4 app and see if that fixes the problem.

This is still happening, only now it's happening everywhere and I cannot bid on a trader--any trader--at all. Have filed bug report via in-game interface.
