Valrendil's Wife is also non-existent
Note: I also encountered other players who had the same problems as me, so it was not an isolated issue, if those are even possible in this game.

✭✭✭✭Can confirm- tried them this morning. The marker for the wife is present in the dreamlike house, but she is not correct? Same with the gas: area marker there, no intractable icon to capture it.

Strontium✭✭✭About 50% of the Dark Brotherhood contract quests are missing NPC's as well. Seems like there is a general issue with NPC's failing to spawn or respawn. It doesn't seem to be isolated to Shadowfen, either.0
