Just a heads up Crimson, due to the crown sale I bought a race change as a last ditch effort to try to get rid of that vamp skin/face bug. Didn't work. When I switched to an Altmer in the race select she still looked awful. I can't believe it's already been over a month already with this nonsense. Again it wouldn't even be so bad if the disguises could be dyed like the costumes. Really fed up with having to hide my templars actual nice looking crafted sets under a friggin Vulkhel Guard marine oufit (a lot of the other ones are uglier than that one).

It also frustrates me that now characters can be tweaked and perfected via appearance change tokens. I would do this in a heartbeat if she didn't look like how she does now. The stupid vampire face doesn't let you see any features properly at stage 4. Probably going to send in another ticket next week.

It's not 'drink potion, become vampire'. It's 'drink potion and your character bugs out if it has any ww already on it'. The only thing it described on that stupid drink is an effect if you ALREADY ARE A VAMPIRE. Nothing else. And it shouldn't affect anything else either. It's not gaining the skill line and not being able to cure yourself, that would be a different situation entirely. The only attributes from the vampire line is the progressively ugly stages and the debuffs (the ugly not being able to change because again the skill line isn't unlocked in order to feed).

I put in another ticket and all that was said is "look for it in future patch updates".............wtf? That is vague as all hell. I mean, come on, how much trouble can a 'skin code' be to remove???? Admittedly, I don't work at ZOS, I haven't seen their codes and software and hardware that they use to make this game, but seriously? I am sorry, but I absolutely abhor when I ask for some info on the issue to try and understand why it is taking so long to fix and I either don't get an answer at all or I get some vague b.s. line that doesn't really give me any information at all........and the frustration continues to mount.

Still bugged and no one with the decency to tell those of us afflicted whether or not the next patch and roughly when the next patch will be available to fix this vampire skin stuck issue. I just like to know its being worked on and that Zos hasn't forgotten.

Yep my main still looks awful. I dunno what happened with 'maintenance' this time around, but between our toons still being bugged, the roll backs, lag, uber loading screens/dcing while trying to do simple things I've been smh so much my damn head is gunna spin. -_-

I've tried all I can in game to see if it could fix my character. I'm so tired of looking at that horrible face when I login.

Waiting for a fix...still. No ETA yet...

My main is still bugged as well and I've pretty much been at a loss of what I could even attempt to try to 'fix'her (if anything). Quick question about the cure/bite/cure/bite method is once I get bit by a WW for the last time is it something I need to keep? Just wondering if it was safe to cure the last bite or if it would nullify the whole process.

Can confirm, just worked for me after purchasing vamp from the CS. Went immediately to a priest of Arkay, got cured and bam. No more bugged look. Tyvm again @anitajoneb17_ESO cause holy moly do I appreciate the helping post.
