Gamepad ui, can't zoom in/out like on console on PC anymore...

I've removed all addons, reset gamepad controls, still nothing. When I press Right analog, then up/down on left analog, I no longer zoom in or out. The only way for me to zoom in or out is to manually use my mouse.
What should I do? I don't play the game very much anymore and this tiny problem is sort of the final straw for me. I'm not going to go through the hassel with chet to get a ticket in.

TruthSeeker✭✭✭Have you tested it on other games? Something similar happened to me and I deduced it was my controller (PS4) so replaced it. No problems since

✭I'm on pc using xbox controller and not having a problem. From memory you need to hold the down on the d-pad (not the analog stick) and then use the right analog to adjust your view.
We may be using different layouts so I don't know if that will help you.#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.0
