Dungeon ques

I don't know how often that this is brought up in these forums, but its becoming annoying. The Issue is when I join up with a random group for a dungeon, whether its on normal or veteran, and the group disbands, I have to wait 15mins before I can re-que. And I don't mean that they disband before me joining, I mean I'm already in the instance ready to start the dungeon and they all leave forcing me to leave and puts me on hold before I can que for another dungeon. Its quite inconvenient. Can this please be fixed?

So once again, running dungeon que today for my lvl 40+ dps, que went as long as 2hrs almost and finally it pops. Only thing is, it pops to disband and now I have to wait. Again. Will the developers fix this any day or never?

I don't think this is a bug. I think it is a disreputable group leader who is purposely and maliciously disbanding the group so that everybody gets hit with the 15min penalty. The only reason I can think of for doing this (other than being a ****) is to take people out of the dungeon pool in order to give his other characters or guild mates a better chance of being grouped.
It is very very unfair but unfortunately ZOS has shown no inclination to change this mechanic

Until they seperate people by "expectation selection"....people will always be kicking each other and leaving group.
As it is now people use the group finder for fun, quest completion, lore books, one off adventure, gear farming, XP farming, key farming, speed runs.

Those that are farming have no patience with anyone.
You are expected to have the very best gear and unlocked best skills to enable you to complete the content in the shortest time possible.
This is not compatible with the expectation of those that want a leisurely group adventure or fun.
It is invariably.. the min/maxed harcore players.. designed to clear content in record time (farmers).. that are kicking everyone.

That isn't all whats happening, as soon as the chime for being grouped happens the group gets disbanded. I don't even get a second to even see 1 name in the group party. In otherwords, all I hear is a chime and no group party. Just an alert that the group was disbanded at the top right of my screen.
Just today I've had this happen 2 times.

So yeah I'll admit there are some occasions where I do get into an instance, and everyone leaves before the dungeon is started but that isn't the only thing that is happening. This disband penalty isn't fair for any player. And this disband also happens in the way that I just described in my recent posts.
To put my concern in clear words: The only time penalty should take affect, is the one where the person has to be removed from group for being afk when queing for dungeon. Why, they shouldn't even be pulled into the instance if they don't respond. So for others like me who are dealing with this group disbanding because of other peoples decisions or for the dungeon que disbanding the group before the party is created for dungeon, should not be penalized a 15 min wait period.
So to say that its part of the game, well its poorly done. No other game I've played for MMO does anything or lets something like this slide. Seriously its obviously a hindrance to the game itself and does the opposite of benefiting the customer. Am I seriously wrong for pointing this out?
