My character is usually located between Auridon, Craglorn, and Coldharbor. After I restarted playing the game after a few months some of my skills no longer function as they should. My wrecking blow skill no longer knocks enemies prone. This greatly reduces skill effectiveness. Also my arrow barrage morph functions as its base skill volley despite having the image of arrow barrage and having functioned as arrow barrage in the past. It also doesn't let me morph it so I can't fi it. I've used both of these skills on virtually every size of mob from dungeons bosses to group trash and it neither skill has functioned properly in either situation. The mobs take the same damage for wrecking blow without the proning, but the arrow barrage is missing the long-lasting fire damage that adds a significant amount of the damage this skill puts forward.

I'm not sure how I can fix this.
