Inability to interact

Past couple of days Iv noticed while playing that at random points during gameplay I'm unable to interact like turning in quests and eneter delves etc I'm also not being attacked by anything
I am Regis Solis the wandering warrior socerer

    I've had something similar occur and found swapping weapons fixes it.

    Swapping does help when I try it the only thing that Helps is closing and reload the game

    Use an ability when this happens. That fixes it.
