I log into the PTS, the credits sequence plays/gives me the option to skip (even though it set in the user settings as having been watched) and then all I get is an infinite loading screen. Might anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?

I've only ever logged into the PTS once before since getting the game, and it worked just fine then as far as I could tell, though I only went as far as the character creation/select screen.
