Erold doesn't spawn for the Corrupted Stone quest

This seems it might be connected to the no quest markers bug myself and others are experiencing, as there is no quest marker for him after talking to Qasna at Toura in the Belkarth Bazaar and he does not spawn in the Star-gazer Observatory.

StytchFingal✭✭✭Okay, with help from people in game found Erold in the tavern in Belkarth, though there was still no quest maker for him until I was within about 30 feet of him. The same while turning in the quest. And there no quest markers during the quest, only managed to do it because I grouped with a friend who got the quest markers.0
