So for example, in your video, scourge harvester often *critically* heals you for 500 health (it can no longer be a crit, we know this), but then other times it *non-crit* heals you for 1950.
Assuming the crit heal was only around 330 normal heal, can you (or anyone) explain why the set has a difference of magnitude of 600% some of the time?
That's the problem when people say the set is broken.
Its not able to double dip crit from the patch notes. Not sure it meant no crit heals period?
