Is there a Class/Specialization that uses auto-attacks? (no mouse click spam)

Hi i wanted to ask if there is any specific class or specialization where my character autoatacks just by holding down the mouse button and not clicking it again and again. Or this works only for some channeling spells etc?

Recast it every 8 seconds, and then spam Inferno Staff heavy attacks. Just point and hold the mouse button down.
Also, there are these sets that further boost/enhance heavy attacks:
Won't deny that these sets/builds are not optimal, but you did ask for a "Hold down your mouse button" style of play

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
Please read this before creating yet another nerf thread.

k just 1 last question, when i use a bow i still have to click the mouse? or if i hold down the mouse key it fires arrows automaticlyOld TESO Player0 -
DeanTheCat✭✭✭✭✭Bow heavy attacks do not auto-release. All other forms of heavy attacks auto-release except for the bow. So you will have to release the mouse button to fire the heavy attack.Dean the Cat

And there's skill that autoatacks even without holding or clicking mouse button - DK inferno and morphs
