ALL skill points reset after patch!?

I was in Bthanual before they shut down the server, downloaded the basic update (not the DLC Imperial) logged back in and it had reset ALL OF MY SKILL POINTS(!!!) along with kicking me to the nearest waypoint.
Anyone else?
