I placed a ticket last night in-game for this issue, but wanted to drop a comment here as well. Have been subed since console launch. For some reason the billing and the crown giving are a little weird. Not very consistent. I seem to get a email every month that my ESO sub is renewed however as the title states not seen any crowns since August. Also I notice the time I get the email is not the same time I see money leaving the account. Not sure what deal ESO and Microsoft have worked out, but we need a little time spent here to clean this up.
Please let me know what you can do about the crowns not getting to my account.
