I double checked my eso account to see if it's still linked, it still is. My friends list reads 0/0, xbox one friends list is working fine.

Same here. Second time I have had my friends list just disappear on me. First time it was all but two names. And then one day things just were there. This time the entire list is gone. Frustrating, to say the least.0
