Depositing money in guild bank didn't work

So, I had deposited 3k gold into our guild bank to get ready for creating the guild heraldry (it requires 5k) I was waiting on my two buddies to get done questing and head to town to deposit the rest to pay for it. After I messed around with the options to see how to get it done before finalizing it I backed out and noticed there wasn't 3k gold in the guild bank. Curious, I checked the guild history and it shows that 3k was NOT deposited, nor removed from the guild bank. I tested it with 1 gold piece to verify that it is working and I hadn't done the process wrong and it showed up in the history as being deposited. The only people in the guild with access to remove it is myself (the leader) and my two friends who were out questing, so it wasn't that someone withdrew it. I also verified that I didn't accidently deposit it in my own personal bank. I was wondering if it had to do with the heraldry creation process: Did it eat my 3k without my knowing? If someone could help with this, please let me know as we are halting creating a tabard until we figure out what went wrong to avoid it when we do.

Edit: Since I failed to say this: The 3k gold was removed from my inventory. It is missing. POOF.

Did you check your personal bank to ensure you didn't accidently deposit it there?

As well, are you a member in any other guilds? Maybe you accidently deposited it into another guild bank?

I have verified that I did not deposit it into my personal bank (as stated above) and no, I am not in any other guild to have accidently deposited it in another guild bank.

I have noticed that the guild bank is very buggy. I hope that they fix it in the next patch :/ .

@EndlessLuny: The guild bank becomes available to put stuff into once your guild reaches 10 people. You can access it from any banker person you normally use. If for whatever reason your guild dips below 10 people while you have stuff in the guild bank, you can still remove stuff, but can't put stuff in.

Anywhoo, still haven't found an answer to the case of the missing 3k. Still no reply to my ticket. We went ahead and created our guild tabard anyways after everyone depositing and removing small amounts of gold from the bank and verifying the process was working properly before sinking the 5k into it. Process worked out fine.

Somewhere Sheogorath is flicking 3k gold coins into a bubbling fondue pot.....and laughing at us.

We have had this problem only much worse... We took out 175,000 gold and tried putting it back in our bank and now it's gone. Completely gone.... So mad I don't even wanna play the game at all.
