"The Moonlit Path" - Quest Broken

Is there any word on when this will be fixed? I've logged out, logged in, abandoned, and restarted the quest multiple times to no avail. It's getting pretty frustrating. I'd like to hear something from ZOS on when console patch will be implemented to fix this.

Still broken. Tried all day yesterday to do this quest. Kept logging in during early morning hours but there are always players standing at the spawn. Getting people to move away from the spawn long enough to "reset" it hasn't been an option as of yet. Pretty darn crappy that you have a storyline quest broken this badly and haven't fixed it.

Worked on this for 3 1/2 days. Tried obscure hours. Tried having everyone go out of portal and back in. Out of spawn area and back in. Not easy when always one person not listening to chat or walking in portal during process. Never fixes it. We try to put in support help tickets but it bounces back through saying failure. Frustrating. Worked up almost all side quests now so just killing time. About to take it as a sign to try Replay sitting here...

Mine finally worked as well. After creating a new character and playing for a day or so I logged back in to my AD character around 5am and was immediately attacked by feral Bosmer.
