Seriously "investigating" the NA server Issue????????

Seriously... Come on.. this is an absolute joke and they are just slapping the NA players in the face... They fixed the EU server (shows which server they care about more) ... They tell us to do all this troubleshooting, which we did, tell us to submit tickets, most did, Answered all questions with the information they asked for.....
BUT has ZOS done anything for the NA server or People?? NO they havent...

They have not rebooted their server to be sure all services load and communicate properly.. yet EU was fixed...
If it takes this long to "investigate the issue" then Im sorry you have the wrong people in tech support and working/servicing the server.....
First step with this many complaint nationwide with same issue - is what.. REBOOT your server and check services as they load!!!!
Hey, check your files too -- NEVER add an update, fix or do maintenance on a server when it is online with players on it -- thats the best way to get corrupted files!!

Maybe - since we have ALL done as ZOS asked, They need to follow their own advice!!!!

    Totally agree. I could do a better job maintaining the servers and do it for less money at the cost of making sure everyone stays happy lol. I'm seriously considering just restarting my entire playing experience on the European server seeing as how they have little to no issues and if they do happen to have issues, it's resolved within 24. Damn you Europeans ;)

    I would do that too but crowns/already purchased items don't transfer across servers. I think I'm pretty much done with this nonsense now. If it's not rectified by the maintenance tomorrow then I'm trading this crap in and I'll salvage what I can. Either way I think I'm done with Zenimax on all future endeavors.

    Yeah this is *** i bought ESO Plus and i doubt they will add more time to it so there basically stealing our money.

    Yea I started on the EU server - it seems, besides the PTS - their primary concern is the EU - I hated doing this especially since one of my chars is a V7, but I bought the game to play it, not sit and look at failing loading screens.

    I put in a ticket for acct billing telling them that since my crown were purchased thru Microsoft attached to my gt, then they should be available to me on the EU server as well. I also told them since they CANT or WONT fix the NA server to where it is playable, I thought it was only FAIR that my crown purchased items be available whether Im n the NA or EU server

    Zenimax Online has scheduled maintenance for the servers this week, as it appears on the top of the pages across the forums:
    Maintenance for the week of August 10:
    • No PC/Mac maintenance
    • Xbox One North American and European megaservers for maintenance – August 11, 6:00AM EDT (11:00 BST)
    • PlayStation®4 North American and European megaserver for maintenance – August 12, 6:00AM EDT (11:00 BST)

    I also disagree with the premise that they favor the EU server over the NA server. Sometimes an issue on one piece of hardware can be administered more quickly and efficiently than another, and sometimes the issue is unknown. It is possible that Zenimax is attempting to figure out the issue before restarting their server, as the issue could get worse if a restart is done, it could lead to a failure or a corruption (depending on the underlying problem).

    Further, shutting down the server abruptly may not be the best course of action for a large playerbase, as they have to have reasons as to why they scheduled Tuesday as their Xbox maintenance day, perhaps they are still investigating, or preparing a hotfix.

    Also, I'm pretty sure a large company like ZOS would have a different team of individuals to handle the servers of the different countries, but that's an assumption.
