For the past 4 days or so me and quite a few other people have been experiencing some major lag issues on the NA XB1 server, and now today we have the chat broken and people d/cing randomly and being unable to login at all. THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH XBOX. I've been able to play HALO MCC online as well as I've been able to access Youtube and Netflix on my Xbox. THIS IS YOUR ISSUE WITH ESO NOT XBOX. So please stop trying to pawn this off saying its Xbox because its not. Just do your jobs.
I won't even mention the number of posts I've made on this site about multiple bugs and issues that never got replied to or acknowledged in any update list.

Sincerely, Someone who's getting pissed off from issues being ignored :3

    Unable to Connect to Lobby...... This indicates this is SERVER Side, not player issue or Microsoft. Also if you do get in game - if you do anything that requires a map load - ie wayshrines, fast travel, delves - it kicks you as it cant load the map -- This is surely server side!!!!

    I have 30 friends that have returned the game so far because of terrible service, terrible updates, and weekly mess ups- nearly Dailey- where playing is nearly impossible. This should have been a single player game

    This may be an unusually long load time, unable to connect to server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.

    I have a suspicion they're holding off on fixing a fair few of these issues until they implement the Imperial City DLC/update, since then they can concentrate entirely on fixing them. I may be wrong though. I've seen a couple of comments from staff basically saying "suck it up", which doesn't seem like the right way to keep your player-base, and certainly not a good way to expand it, that's just my opinion though. They decide their target audience.

    Mines been messded up since the last update. Icons/maps won't load, sound lags, speech lags. Talking to support literally got me nowhere. I KNOW it isn't my xbox because my other games work fine. Very annoyed their so called "help" can't even be called mediocre. Every email back is from some new "support" member, followed with some half assed reply. So pissed I can barely play om n my vet 12 when I've invested numerous hours and money into this game....

    Ok was in-game - completed the Norvalik Ruin with Tharn - tried to leave the Ruins - Poof! Still seems to be the same issue - either saying no internet connection, cant connect to lobby, cant load Char Data, Cant load maps. I dont know If ZOS has paid any attention to any of the players regarding this matter, but These are all Server Side Issues. There is Either a Service not working properly or or is down. On a online server such as this the server has many services running for various parts of the game, it seems to me one or more are not properly communicating.

    I understand with online servers ( I own 2 of my own private servers) there will be hiccups, However, This is not Fair nor Right not to just the players, But to Bethesda as well.
    All of us have paid a great deal of money not to mention hours on this game, and not to be able to play it... well Im sorry it is not acceptable.

    I do appreciate the work ZOS does put into this, however, it seems there is a Substantial matter with your server that has been going on for over 12 hrs now and people on the NA Server (Im NA XB1) are still having major issues.

    Could we Please get a ZOS response to this and let us know what is going on and when will this be resolved???

    If the alternative is a bunch of threads like this one, yeah; most devs would do the same. A thread like this will invariably devolve into the same thing every time - unproductive whining.

    You also have to remember that the Zenimax employees that post here are generally community managers, actual programmers are less likely to see your complaints on the forums than they are if a bug report is submitted.

    Unfortunately I did submit a ticket - 12 hrs ago, I see tho we are still having the same issues, and No response to my ticket.

    Automated response from Support Check your internet connection, router, etc if problem persists contact Microsoft........ This is a Server issue not Microsoft
