Blazing Shield is basically the only shield which was *** up. Dk shield has at least the mending buff.0 -

Don't be concerned with it. Shield stacking is well enough alive and all over the place in IC. It will be the new norm for everyone as it didn't seem the changes really affected it much at all.NA Server - Kildair0
