My personal opinion: I'm not a huge fan of when someone kills me and immediately spawns within 10 seconds of me. I feel that being moved back to your alliance base would be more balanced (and fair) since there is only an incentive to gank right now as fighting players in the open guarantees a nonstop supply of reinforcements.
