Where are the old world drop sets we were promised? Where are the updated sets like Soul shine which is only VR10? Where are all the other sets dropping? This is probably my biggest complaint about this patch content. Now that having been said why are all the crafted sets not scaling properly. The numbers all seem to be lower in some cases extremely off especially when looking at spell damage? I am extremely concerned about this and I fear many others will become the same way when they look at them eventually. Please provide updated notes as promised on ESO live about the world drop sets.
