So, testing will be very hard. All people want to test the CI, who is in a Cyrodiil campaign. So, we will have a lot of waiting to just enter in the CI.

For this reason have you ever given thought to making the test server more of an ongoing test server? Like the changes for cyrodiil could have been applied/changed/reapplied over the course of the last few months. Also, it may allow for more radical tweaking with active players since changing things on a test server is the purpose of a test server. It may cut down on load demand and allow for a more robust testing experiance.

That's unfortunate. Any chance of upping the population cap for that campaign then?
