We are here to test, are you submitting reports about every crash to help them try to sort it? Because that is what it is about, rather than them magically fixing it so that you can get on and have fun.

I have been trying different characters in the IC in an attempt to see whether that affects rate of crashing - going in with no gear equipped, or no skillpoints spent, or no CP spent, try to see if there is some sort of pattern to the crashing and submit as many crash report forms as possible.

You should also post your dxdiag so that Zeni can try to work out whether it is an issue with any particular hardware.

This server does not exist for you to play on and demand stuff get fixed without providing any useful information to help.
