PTS 7/28/15 - Remove 3600 champ rank templates

Some ppl act as if 3600 cp will increase my dmg by 200000000%, thats not the way it works. With 900 cp ur dmg will be maxed out on a stam nightblade for example, no cp tree will go above 25% increase so with 900cp u get 25% physical 25% crit dmg 25% armor pen, what good does magic dmg or staff heavy attack dmg do on a stam nightblade? stop the QQ about cp already!

As someone else pointed out, if you use those templates you can reset the points and do a test round with 100, then 200, then 300, etc.

I don't see how that is a bad thing.

It's more about the other benefits you gain whilst in PvP including raw attribute stats.. 1.6 was pretty ugly on test server when you gave certain people too much power and let's be honest. The Imperial City is a PVP update and it should be treated as such.
