Welcome to the club. I've been fighting this since the 15th when my payment for eso plus went through. They keep sending me to microsoft but the only think they can do is give a refund. Which I think I will do and cancel ESO plus all together since I can't get any service from this awful company..
Exactly.. This will keep me from subscribing in the future if they do not fix it very soon. I had problems when I first bought the game with the Imperial edition as well.
We understand that there is currently a delay in receiving Crowns. On occasion, it can take up to 48 hours to receive Crowns after an ESO Plus purchase. Some players have found that resetting their console updated the Crown balance, but we understand that this doesn't work for everyone.
