Voice chat not working

I am unable to hear anyone but I can see their voices popping up. In game sound is up for player voices. Have tried using headset and tv output, same problem. Any ideas?

    Ended up having to hard shut down the Console. I'm also experiencing an issue where spell effects vanish from my game entirely until I hard shut down. Have you guys been getting reports of this in cyrodil? Maybe my game data is bad?

    We are really sorry to hear thar your are also experiencing this issue!

    If you are continuously experiencing these issues, we suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the game.
    To do this, starting from the Home screen:
    • Go to My Games and Apps
    • Highlight The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
    • Press [Menu]
    • Select Manage Game
    • Press [Menu] again
    • Select Uninstall
    • Additionally, players should delete all local ESOTU game files. Take note that deleting these game files will not affect character data in any way.
    • Once complete, begin reinstallation.

    If the problem persists following reinstallation, please contact Xbox here (US).

    Well my voice chat has not worked since launch. Iv tried reinstalling the game and that didn't solve the problem. My router settings are good too. Never had a problem like this in any other game. I honestly dont know what to do.

    There are a lot of issues with the in-game voice system. It constantly just crashes
