So I've just spent the last two hours sorting out our guild's items in our bank... Why? Because of the terrible sorting system. Unlike our personal banks that automatically condense the same item into one slot to a maximum of 200, the guild bank takes up slots equal to the number of deposits of an item. To make things worse the only way to condense them yourself is to deposit them into your personal bank.

I understand that perhaps there is some system in place to ensure things don't get deleted inside the guild bank when more than one person is depositing at a time but perhaps have it so that when we do collect the item from the bank the condensing happens in your inventory (much like what happens when exploring and farming by yourself).

This needs MAJOR attention and I'm really hoping to hear a reply or shown a link confirming that this is a known issue that will be fixed soon.

While that's being fixed perhaps changing the sorting tabs will help too.. Instead of all materials being under the same line lets have "woodworking" "blacksmithing" etc. Whatever is there now is just a half done rushed mess.
