I bought the 5500 crowns pack this afternoon at around 130 est and I was charged on my credit cars but no crowns were given to my account. Xbox One GT JollyRgr0311

We're aware that there may be a delay between the time that you purchase Crowns and the time you receive them. Some players have reported that after restarting their console, the Crown balance was updated, however we understand that this is not always the case.

✭I am not sure if this is helpful, but after I subbed for ESO+ there was a very long delay. I subbed on Jun 9th kick off. I am not sure what the issue was but after less than 48 hours ZOS had it squared away and that was during the madness of the first 3 days of release. I would not be to concerned they will get it to you.
On another note. My friend did log out and clear cache on the XBOX one, then power cycled and signed back in and his Crowns showed up. I cannot say for sure if it was timing or it really helped, but my showed about an hour later and I did not clear cache , but I did log off and quit the game completely and then log back in.XBOX NA
