HI, Im trying to do the quest where i find the people who pulled me out of the water but i can not figure out how to start. Can anyone help?

The first person to talk to is directly to your right after you exit the house. That'll start the quest. Forget his name, but he'll be staring at a tree surrounded by stone fencing. Can't miss him.
