PC to PS4 transfer

So I just got a email that says i can transfer my pc account to my ps4 but the meaning of transfer is move from one place to another so does that mean i wont be able to play my pc version any more or will it be on both just a quick question thanks for whoever answers it [please no console war hate]

It should say copy. The character will remain on the PC server after the "transfer".

if i level up on my pc and get on my ps4 will it be the same lvl as my pc
