Flurry and weapon passive still not woking for me after 1 year :(

Dual Wield tree , not all weapon passive working properly for Flurry ability , axe passive still dont Proc bleeding :(
plz dont answer me this fail excuse flurry is a animation skill because sword and dagger and mace passive working , so any update on this probleme ??? thank for answer :)
