Which AoEs are now blockable (1.6)?

I'm trying to figure this one out, given the patch notes and recent comments. Are all Ground-Targetted AoEs unblockable? I am wondering specifically about Blazing Spear, which is an AoE damage and stuns one player in the radius. Can you block that? Has anyone compiled a list of what is now blockable and not blockable?

Stand in the fire/frost/lightning/poison , get burned...Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -
