The Tower constellation passives in the Championship System

If you missed the December 19th edition of ESO live, there was video of a player examining the options for spending championship points in The Tower, which is ruled by The Thief. The passives were shown as follows:
The Tower
Magician - ???
Warlord - Reduces the Stamina cost of spells and abilities by x%.
Tumbling - Reduces the cost of Dodge Rolling by x%.
Bashing Focus - Reduces the cot of bash attacks by x%.
Ensnare - Grants a x% chance to reduce an enemy's Movement Speed by y% for z seconds any time you hit them with a bash attack.
Inspiration Boost - Increases Inspiration gains by x%.
Mara's Gift - When killed heal all allies in an 8 meter radius for x.
War Mount - Improves your mastery with mounts, removing all stamina costs outside of combat.
Actual numbers were given rather than letter variables, but those numbers depended on how many points had been spent for each passive. Also, this is still a work in progress so any or all of this may change by the time Update 1.6 reaches the live server.

to be precise spells dont have stamina cost, spells cost magicka, and even if they refere to new class stamina morfs the name is just wrong1 -

I guess you must have missed the word, "abilities."0
