Stamina builds have been strong, people just don't know how to use them effectively. Nice character and video.
Yes, you can do that.. But it's disappointing that you can use class skills as efficient as magicka builds. This still needs to be redesigned.

Problem in PvP are perm block players..
If I play against Stamina users (I'm NB) I could just hold block and they can't do anything against that, not even rly drain my Stamina. (Well that's kinda boring)
Stamina NBs could use fear so they don't care about block, which is nice.
I see more and more players using Stamina builds in PvP, mostly Templar and NB with a 2h weapon.

Dual Wield with Axes drains a blocker pretty damn fast. The bleed passive results in an additional block!
@syntse Second one is more efficient because it skips the more slow heavy attack animation, but its harder to use. I have tried (even though I despise the concept) to do it that way, but the problem I keep having is I DO get a heavy attack documented, but I don't get a fully charged one and thus miss out on the stamina regen. Could be just me of course, but I have since returned to option 1.I've seen 2 ways of heavy attack + rapid strikes cancelling and I've been wondering which one is more efficient?

First one is pretty easy to execute, 2nd one you need time more perfectly.

@xmovingtarget Yea you are probably right as far as DW goes. But does that also go up for 2H? Because that gives a passive with 10% more damage on next attack after a FULLY charged heavy attack..xMovingTarget wrote: »@syntse Second one is more efficient because it skips the more slow heavy attack animation, but its harder to use. I use the second option. Stamina isnt really a Problem. It squeezes out a bit more dps combined with incapacitate.

Khajiit is fine. Redguard for stamina or Imperial also good choices. for only magicka i would go breton.
