Interact ('E' and 'F') not working
Played the Beta of the game, had this problem, now having it with the released game. Seems like I paid £50 and 3-month sub for the most frustrating experience ever to grace my PC.
So, I go up to a quest NPC (or anything for that matter); the interact prompt appears. I click 'E', the prompt goes dark, and...nothing. No looting, no reading books, nothing. Also, if I try to fight anything, the 'action' keys stop working, leaving only WASD, ESC and F1 still functional. Just. Tried /reloadui and all the rest of the suggestions. No.
Then the 'Error' message appears, asking me to log back in after a few minutes. Glenumbra (where Mihayya resides) takes up to 5 mins to load, every time, and after it does load, I'm 2 mins into the game, trying to interact with Mihayya, when I get kicked. Every time.
I have: Updated Client and Launcher, repaired Launcher, uninstalled/reinstalled Client, tried a different keyboard - all to no avail. Game Consultant Report attached.
I understand the complexity of your product, but I hope you'll be able to suggest a simple solution to my problem. Thanks.

I have no add-ons installed even Saerydoth. I should also mention that I ran the game as Admin and tried it with all other progs turned off, including AV. Still the same.0

Guess what? For one time only, the whole thing worked fine - without me doing anything my end. That was this afternoon/late morning. Now it's evening, and exact same problems again. Does it seem to you that lots of Gamers = lots of issues? Sure looks like it to me. Set up a Europe-based server, or tell us why not.
Same thing happened way back, when CCP started Eve Online. Brits were always hammering the US players because - the server was in the UK and the Americans couldn't swing a laser because of the lag. Just a thought you know..1 -
Tarwin✭✭✭Considering I'm seeing tones of complaints on Eurolag I'm guessing it's a latency communication issue with your keyboard to server. Meaning, as you are saying .. they really need to get a server over to your continentEdited by Tarwin on 5 May 2014 19:271
