Saving Bleackrock Village

My Aldmeri Dominion VR1 has completed the quest in Bleackrock to save the villagers, but Bleackrock viliage remains overrun with Covenant soldiers and I have no new quests in the area. This was my new favorite crafting zone and now I can't use it. Will it be possible to save the village and if so, how?
