Cant log in been over a day

this is getting ridiculous, i have not been able to log in since last night and even then i would still get the error code "an error occurred please wait a few minutes and try again" at least 20 times after i pick my character before i get lucky and get to play, now i get it constantly with no chance of success. I was told to do a soft restart hasn't worked at all. what am I suppose to do? Wait over a week for you guys to fix the problem?

Saerydoth✭✭✭✭I heard someone in another thread say the ESOHead addon was causing this for them, they removed it and it fixed the problem. There's obviously nothing wrong with the server or a LOT more people would be posting about it.Edited by Saerydoth on 4 May 2014 01:300 -
