Active Trade Guilds?

Without mentioning any names of guilds, I joined a couple massive trading/crafting guilds. They stated that they were active and whatnot with a guild bank. But there was hardly EVER any communication in terms of trading glyphs/weapons/etc. for max crafting EXP gain.

Is there any tactic to finding guilds that actually do what they promise? I just don't want to come off as a jerk when I'm joining all of these guilds and then quit them -_-.

If you have a guild on the NA servers that's recruiting new members, feel free to respond as a comment hahahah. I'm just fed up with inactive trade/craft guilds when they promise the best of the best >_<

As a member of multiple trading guilds, I almost never see messages about exchanging crafted items to maximize the EXP gain. I admit, most of the time I don't even read the chats in these guilds and from what I noticed most other members are doing the same. For chatting there are social guilds, the trade ones are often formed just for the anonymous guild store. I really don't want to make friends with those people who buy my stuff or sell something to me. As soon as a person becomes a friend, I just can't use money in our virtual relations

My advice - look instead for a social guild, or for a dedicated crafting guild which does not mention "trading" in advertisement.

As far as I can tell trade guilds are just small groups of people not using a bad AH ui.

I really like the two social guilds I joined though.

Ahhh, okay. This makes sense. I'm only part of one tiny social guild right now (quit all of the other massive trading guilds hahahah). I'll give this a shot!

Thanks for the feedback . Crafting for enchanting is my main priority, with other small priorities to follow.

I joined World Traders Guild and World Traders Organization on the first day of early access. Each guild has 30+ pages of items on their guild stores. That combined with the guild store addon has made finding white items w/ trait a breeze. They are generally not active in chat, but people "LTT 36 hickory bows PST! " only say it once or twice which leads me to believe they are finding a partner.

Trading guilds are basically just stores. Don't expect Glyph trading and the like in a pure trade guild.

Its where you buy and sell goods.

The Hlaalu Trading Post (my guild's sister trade guild) is large and active for people who want to buy/sell. You can get invited by sending me a mail in game @NordJitsu‌
