Future Akavir Motif?

I was just wandering around the Hollow City and noticed these 'Fighter' NPCs.

They aren't wearing a craftable armor set to my knowledge, it has an obvious samurai look to it. Could it be we will be seeing this available in a motif in the future?






Any thoughts or illumination?

its cool and all but it looks pretty close to imperial. i AM however curious as to what shield the ordinators have
