Blacksmithing - created items but not in my inventory

I am level 35 on my char (don't remember what level is my BS), but I created couple of low level items (4 and 8 ) for my alt. After I created the items, sometimes the items doesn't appear in my bag (but the mats are use up. I know this because I only have limited amount of low level mats). This happended twice but I cannot replicated consistently. Anyone else encounter this?

So how did you get the items to your alt or have you not done that yet?

You don't have some Mod element in place that marks items as Junk do you?

I don't use a single mod. After I craft... just put it in the bank and your alt can pick it up. When the item doesn't show up in my inventory, I have to craft if again.. and its there. Happends to me twice but one time I ran out of mats to craft it the 2rd time.

Very odd then. I hope you at least /bug it in game?

I know people love to come on here and vent about issues but at least doing it in game gets it a number and into a more moderated system.

I want to ensure its really a bug before I /bug it (don't want to flood the devs with false bugs since they have enough to look at atm). Now that I think about it, I might have move after I click on the R (for craft) button. However, I'll try to replicate it and bug it if I can replicate consistently.

Do you remember if this happened when you were upgrading item to green/blue quality?

If the upgrade fails, the item is destroyed.
But "success/failure" notification is easy to overlook.

Not upgrading... my upgrading always set to 100% and it always worked. Its crafting a white item.
